Terms of Service

Pre-launch placeholder Last updated 19 July 2026

LeadCatch is pre-launch: there's no paid service to govern yet, only a waitlist. So instead of forty clauses of boilerplate, this page sets out — in writing, in plain English — how the service will operate when it goes live. The full terms will replace this page before anyone is charged a penny.

The short version

One plan. A real 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime with one click — no notice period, no exit fees, no lock-in. If the published terms ever say otherwise, hold us to this page.

Where things stand

LeadCatch is being built now and hasn't launched. Nothing on this site is a live paid service, and joining the waitlist creates no contract and costs nothing — see the waitlist below.

The service

At launch, LeadCatch will do one job: when a call to your forwarded business number rings out unanswered, it sends the caller a text message you've written, from your business, within seconds. It works through standard UK call forwarding — your number stays yours, and switching forwarding off puts everything back exactly as it was.

Pricing & trial

  • One plan, everything included — £29.99/month, or £19.99/month billed yearly (£239.88/year). No tiers, no add-ons, no per-text fees.
  • 14-day free trial — a real trial: if you cancel inside it, you pay nothing.
  • No surprise increases — if pricing ever changes, existing customers hear about it before it touches their bill.

Cancelling

One click in the dashboard or one email. No notice period, no retention hoops, no exit fees. Your subscription stops at the end of the period you've paid for, call forwarding is yours to switch off in your phone settings, and that's that.

Fair use

"Unlimited text-backs" means unlimited replies to genuine missed calls to your business — it isn't a bulk-SMS or marketing-blast tool, and using it to spam people (or for anything unlawful) will get an account closed. That protects every other customer's ability to have messages actually delivered.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means one thing: we email you when LeadCatch launches, with your early-access spot and free trial. It's not a purchase, not a commitment, and you can come off the list any time by emailing support.leadcatch@leadcatch.uk. How that email address is handled is covered in the privacy policy.

What changes at launch

Before the service goes live, this page will be replaced by full terms of service covering the subscription, the trial, acceptable use, liability, and everything else a live service owes its customers in writing — reviewed properly, not pasted from a template.

The commitments above — one plan, real trial, cancel anytime, no lock-in — carry over. If the published terms ever contradict them, hold us to this page.
