Privacy Policy
LeadCatch hasn't launched yet, so this page is deliberately short: it covers the one thing we actually collect today (a waitlist email) and states, in writing, how we intend to behave. The full, properly reviewed policy will replace this page before the service takes on a single customer.
The only data we hold is the email you give us for the waitlist. It gets you one launch announcement, nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't share it for marketing, and one email to us deletes it.
Who we are
LeadCatch is a missed-call text-back service for UK trades, currently pre-launch and run by its UK-based founder. For anything on this page, the person reading your email is the person building the product: support.leadcatch@leadcatch.uk.
What we collect today
One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form, plus the time you joined. That's the entire dataset.
We don't collect names, phone numbers, or payment details, and this site runs no analytics — we genuinely can't see who visited, only who chose to sign up.
How we use it
- One launch announcement — when LeadCatch opens its doors, you get an email saying so, with your early-access spot.
- Nothing else. No newsletter, no "just checking in", no partner offers. If we ever want to email you about anything beyond launch, we'll ask first.
We never sell your data and never share it for marketing. Full stop — and the launched version of this policy will carry the same sentence.
Where it's stored
Waitlist emails are stored in Supabase, a managed database platform, in an access-controlled table only the founder can read. The form on this site can add an address to the list but can never read the list back — that's enforced at the database level, not just good intentions.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us, at any time, to:
- Show you what we hold about you (for now: one email address);
- Correct it, if you signed up with a typo;
- Delete it — one email to support.leadcatch@leadcatch.uk and you're off the list, usually same day.
If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers — no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting. The fonts and animation libraries it loads are static files; they don't report your visit to us or anyone else.
What changes at launch
A live service handles real customer data — call events, message content, phone numbers — so it needs a real policy. Before launch, this page will be replaced by a full privacy policy covering exactly that, reviewed against UK GDPR and PECR, alongside an ICO registration check and proper legal advice.
Whatever that document says, it won't walk back the promises on this page.
