What happens if I do answer the call?
Nothing. The text only goes out when a call rings through and isn't answered. Answered calls are just answered calls — no text, no interruption.
Will customers know it's automated?
The message is written by you and sent from your business, so it reads like you sent it. Most customers just see a fast, polite reply — and when they respond, it's you they're talking to.
Does it work with my network and my number?
